The agency asks for pictures of venues, tables, technical equipment, measures, stages, about available furniture, availability, space possibilities and max capacities in different setups.

1st CONTACT

The agency receives access to the application where they have all the details regarding venues, lobbies and other potential venue spaces. Available 360 degrees view, detailed pictures and measurements of each piece of furniture and equipment that the venue offers, plus an in scale simulation.

1st VISIT

The agency inspects the venue and gets their first look of the space, but they still don’t have a clear idea or perception of how the venue can be arranged.
